ABOUT

Hi, I’m Tom, founder of The Hustle Club.

For over 15 years, I’ve been helping busy professionals in Marylebone and St John’s Wood transform their bodies, regain their energy, and unlock their full potential — without sacrificing their careers, families, or lifestyles.

As a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach, my mission is clear: To simplify the process of dropping body fat, building lean muscle, and creating sustainable fitness habits that last a lifetime.

My Journey:

After earning a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Worcester University, I moved to London to pursue my passion for coaching. At 23, I joined a private personal training gym where I honed my craft, working with busy professionals who wanted to get stronger, drop body fat and get their edge back.

I achieved multiple advanced certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including:

  • Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)

  • Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

  • Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)

Over the past decade, I’ve delivered 40–50 personal training sessions per week, consistently helping clients achieve results that go far beyond aesthetics.

With time, I wanted to impact more lives beyond the gym floor. That’s when The Hustle Club was born — an online coaching platform that now helps clients across the globe, from London to America, the Middle East, Australia and Europe, achieve life-changing transformations through structure, support, and accountability.

My Coaching Philosophy:

1. Habits-Based Approach

In my 15 years + of experience coaching, the biggest ROI is helping my clients develop a simple but powerful set of daily habits. My habits-based approach focuses on the daily opportunities of the four pillars of health (sleep, stress management, nutrition, and daily movement). Coaching is about helping people develop a strong set of daily habits and building systems around them that enable people to be ruthlessly consistent.

2. Accountability & Systems

The difference between success and frustration lies in accountability and structure. My job isn’t just to coach you for the 3 hours a week you’re in the gym — it’s to help you stay on track for the other 165 hours outside of the personal training sessions. Through proven systems, clear structure, and consistent feedback, I help clients stay consistent and achieve results that last.

At The Hustle Club, coaching isn’t about restriction — it’s about empowerment. It’s about building a stronger body, a sharper mindset, and a more energetic, fulfilled life.
