Yes, in fact, that’s exactly who I help. Most of my clients start out feeling unsure about training or where to begin. I guide you step-by-step, teach you proper form, and build your confidence each session. You’ll never feel judged, rushed, or out of place, just supported.
I have a busy job and unpredictable schedule… can I actually stick to this?
I work with professionals and busy parents who juggle long hours, meetings, family, and everything in between. Sessions are efficient, and designed to fit around your commitments. As your coach I will hold you accountable to your goals. You don’t need to overhaul your life. Just 3 hours of training per week is the sweet spot, 2 hours per week is the minimum.
How personalised is the fitness and nutrition plan?
Your training and nutrition plans are entirely personalised to you. We create your plan around you while underpinned by our approach to functional bodybuilding and flexible dieting. Your plan is based on an in-depth understanding of your goals, lifestyle, and fitness levels. We continuously adapt these plans in line with your progress, ensuring they align perfectly with your evolving physique.
